(Studio) Black sailor faces court martial for rioting aboard Navy's Kitty Hawk. 21 black sailors charged with rioting and assault in incident.

(San Diego, California) Sailor Hiram Davis faces trial. Captain Billy Bryant, judge, is from South, but claims he has no racial prejudice that would affect his judgment in case. White sailor Larry Gibson says blacks started fight on ship. Says Davis attacked white sailor.
