(Studio) Former President Harry Truman's condition worsens. Heart weakening.
REPORTER: Harry Reasoner
(Kansas City, Missouri) Dr. Wallace Graham, Truman's physician, reports Truman has survived delicate stage of treatment for lung congestion complicated by hardening of arteries. [Hospital spokesperson John DREVES - says Truman still critical. Cardiac condition dangerous. ] Mrs. Margaret Truman Daniel remains optimistic.
