(Studio) Secretary of State Dean Rusk accepts word of USSR Ambassador Anatoly Dobrynin that USSR has no plans to invade Romania. Situation not as tense now.

(Romania - USSR Border) Reporter says no sign of soviet military activity along border in 2 day period. Area used for farming. President Nicolae Ceausescu mobilizes militia after Czechoslovakia invasion. Guard may have morale value. No tension at Black Sea resort area.
