(Studio) Supreme Court rules 1970 election of Senator Vance Hartke of Ind. is subject to a recount. Hartke's challenger, Republican Richard Roudebush, had filed for recount after losing by fewer than 5,000 votes out of 1.7 million ballots, but Hartke had blocked recount in lower courts
