(Studio) Daniel Berrigan released from Federal prison Danbury, Conn. Trial of brother, Philip Berrigan noted.

(Danbury, Connecticut) Friends greet released prisoner, after his serving half of 3 year sentence for burning draft records in Maryland. Berrigan notes Nixon defusing Vietnam War issue. [BERRIGAN - vows would burn draft records again if cogent. Pleased Angela Davis allowed to post bail.] Terms of parole noted.
