(Studio) Richard Nixon accuses Hubert Humphrey of fear and smear tactics.

(Key Biscayne, Florida) Nixon shown with Jackie Gleason on golf course. [NIXON - says we've played golf 3 times.] [GLEASON - says we had steak and refreshments.] Cameras and microphones forbidden at news conference Says private survey indicates he's ahead in all major states. In Florida, North Carolina and Tennessee, he's even with George Wallace. Predicts Wallace to get 15% votes and Senator to gain 9 Republican seats and 30 Republican House seats. [NIXON - cites campaign plans.] Nixon feels he'll win.
