(Studio) CBS news survey shows Richard Nixon ahead of others but electoral vote below 270 needed to win. Nixon has 28 states with 256 votes. George Wallace has 6 and 58 votes. Hubert Humphrey has 3 and Washington, DC and 25 votes. 13 states toss-ups though Nixon leading in many.
