(Studio) George Wallace proposes Richard Nixon debate Hubert Humphrey for hour if he got 1/2 hour afterward to reply. CBS President Frank Stanton offers time. Humphrey accepts. Nixon spokesperson says Nixon to do nothing to give free air time to Wallace. Wallace says he'll give up free time if Nixon will debate Humphrey and buy 1/2 hour for self. Nixon to appear on "Face The Nation" Sunday at 6:30 p.m. EST.
