(Prague, Czechoslovakia) Czechs lay memorial wreaths at base of King Wenceslas statue. Some died here during Soviet invasion., Govt. bans demonstrations, but workers and students protest occupation at castle. President Ludvik Svoboda hosts reception for leading citizens and diplomatic corps. Largest demonstration since occupation.
