(Studio) "Chicago Tribune" questions 12 year ago transaction by which then Senator Humphrey acquired 6 lake side lots for Waverly, Minnesota home. Report suggests lots gift from dairyman whose firm involved with fed. anti-trust suit. Deed not recorded for 2 years and records bear no tax stamps. Civil point of suit not resolved until after transaction. Dairyman recovering from heart attack and strokes, says didn't recall if lots gift or sale. His wife and brother say Vice President bought land. Vice President calls report bunk.
