(Studio) Protestant extremist demonstration in Ulster, North Ireland, draws crowd 5 times larger than any Catholic demonstration. If British go, Protestants would take over and start bloodletting far greater than any so far. Commentator suggests North Ireland needs US-type, not European-type government, as it is not homogenous. European majority rule would be unfair to Catholic minority. United States gives levers of power to minorities (Southern minority senate can filibuster, etc.) Majority, in US, must parley and compromise with minority to get anything done. Irish Catholics need such a say in government for Britain just to get out would lead to grave disaster.
