[Cornell University Prof. William DOWD - says these people know why they're here.] [MAN - says he can knock the hell out of you.] [2nd MAN - says didn't say you couldn't.] Police intervention prevents clash. Police outside federal courthouse kept 2 competing groups apart. Another rally set for tonight.
