(Studio) President Johnson says United States to negotiate with Israel on its bid to buy 50 F-4 phantom jet fighters. Congress and Democratic and Republican President candidates favor sale. In Israel, hand grenade thrown in cave in occupied Hebron wounds 39 Jews. Cave is holy grotto to both Jews and Moslems; Moslems say they can't get in because Jews hold day-long prayers.
