(DC) Nixon's men big topic in DC. television program presenting Cabinet noted. Admin. characterized: gray flannel, buttoned down, middle age, conservative. Competent, but not colorful. Press said to be dramatists at heart; fear colorless period. Admin. does not reflect United States social revolution. Maybe antidote to revolution. Youth and Negro movement noted. Eisenhower Cabinet said rougher than Nixon's; but experience may change the latter.
