(DC) Meany, having left Pay Bd., levels charge at Price Bd. in hearing. Wages said controlled; but not prices. [MEANY - says Phase 2 unfair. Cites absence of cusmr. representative on commission] [Commission member J. Wilson NEWMAN - takes exception.] [MEANY - responds: "don't give a damn."] W.P. Gullender, president, Natl. Association Mfrs., follows Meany at hearing, calls him "George in Wonderland;" says rising wages of more concern than prices.
