(Studio) Kidnap victim, Stanley Stalford, Junior, 4, back with parents after FBI rescue.
REPORTER: Charles Kuralt
(Los Angeles, California) Stalford son of millionaire banker. Father agreed to pay $250,000. Friend, Red Tracton, was the go-between. [TRACTON - says told kidnapper he'd give him money when he got the kid.] FBI spotted boy and kidnapper in parked car and chased them 3 mile trading shots. Stopped car by ramming it. Suspect, Robert Dacy arrested and hospitalized. Money recovered. [STALFORD, SR. - says he and wife highly pleased. Talks of fine work of FBI, police and Tracton.] Stalford carries son to car.
