(Studio) Reverend Philip Berrigan and 6 others on trial for plot to kidnap President Aide Henry Kissinger.

(Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) Letters form Sister Elizabeth McAlister to Rev. Berrigan and from Berrigan to Sister Elizabeth used as evidence for kidnap plot. FBI informer Boyd Douglas testifies these letters were among those he carried in and out of Lewisburg Penitentiary. Prosecutor William Lynch reads letters to jury. Bucknell Univ. librarian, Mrs. Zoya Horne, jailed for contempt of court for refusing to testify for government despite having been granted immunity.
