(Studio) Senator filibuster with regard to Abe Fortas conts.
REPORTER: Walter Cronkite
(DC) Senator Mike Mansfield says he'll force vote Tuesday and if vote fails as expected to, he'll make another try. Mansfield says no planes will be sent out to pick up friendly Senators for vote. If attendance at 90 on Tuesday, opponents only need 30 to keep filibuster rolling. Senator Robert Griffin claims 36 votes.
