(DC) Nixon won't speak about Vietnam, Democratic Convention or Fortas. Won't talk at night political rallies or let himself get tired. Nixon not saying anything controversial. Humphrey to try and goad Nixon, who has greater self-control now. More people consider selves independents rather than Democrats and Republicans What Johnson does with regard to Vietnam may have a lot to do with election.
