(Studio) North Vietnam negotiator in Paris speaks of ex-US Ambassador Arthur Goldberg's call for unconditional North Vietnam bombing halt as realistic. Says halt not enough, all United States spy flights, naval raids and artillery attacks against North must also end. United States helicopter gunships, armored personnel carriers and fighter bombers team up with South Vietnam infantrymen in 2 battles in Ban Me Thuot. Casualties reported In Da Nang, general court martial sentences Marine Lance Corp., 20, to life for murder of 5 South Vietnam civilians.
