[JOHNSON - with peace talks to resume, possibility of peace; owe it to soldiers and great men like General Westmoreland.] Johnson told earlier visitors procedural problem solved; didn't mention round table concession. [JOHNSON - be firm about objectives with allies, realize war to continue while talks go on; and be confident that honorable peace possible.]
