(Studio) Trial of Clay Shaw, accused of conspiring to assassinate President John Kennedy, starts

(New Orleans, Louisiana) Shaw arrested 2 years ago. Prosecution witness, Perry Russo, says overheard Shaw, late David Ferrie and Lee Harvey Oswald plan to assassinate Kennedy. Prosecution tried to delay trial when not given Kennedy autopsy reports 1st juror, John Kennedy, dismissed; took day to decide 1 juror. New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison appears briefly; James Alcock to handle most of trial work.
