(Chicago, Illinois) Defense Attorney Win. Kunstler says North Vietnam spokesperson asked Rennie Davis and David Dellinger to go to Paris to receive information on POWs over wkend. Judge Julius Hoffman denies motion. 2 other Judges uphold decision. Kunstler to go in their places.
