(Studio) Kopechne inquest to be held in secrecy, as Senator Edward Kennedy requested. Massachusetts Supreme Court ruled Judge Boyle not to be disqualified. Court says witnesses can be advised by cnsl. and inquest documents to be available only to Attys. involved. All future inquests to be closed to media.
