[BOLLING - says don't know why Representative Mendel Rivers thinks as he does. Don't expect just draft law from Rivers' Committee] [Representative Mendel RIVERS - says Committee always has been successful. Won't give up any power.] President Nixon urges Mansfield to reconsider.
