(Chicago, Illinois) Seale bound and gagged tightly. His followers shout, "Free Bobby." Got free by himself, and shouted, "Cruel and inhuman punishment." Defense Attorney William Kunstler asked for recess for trip to California. Judge Julius Hoffman reluctant to let defendants leave town. Tom Hayden says he won't preclude his spking. in California. United States Attorney Thomas Foran wants to see good faith and fair trial.
