(Studio) White construction workers march in protest of blacks who demonstrate for more union jobs.

(Seattle, WA) 3,000 march through downtown to confront govt, representatives Cnty, Executive John Spellman and contractors agreed to on-job training plan for minorities, Workers badger Spellman for yes or no answer to question of whether or not he was responsible for job training. Workers march to City Hall. They demand recognition of existing union apprenticeship programs.
