Senator Birch Bayh's indictments. Judiciary Committee sent nomination to floor. Senator James Eastland expects confirmation with only 30-35 votes against. Senator Ernest Hollings less optimistic. Sees Judge as depressed and accuses administration of lack of leadership He challenges Bayh to television debate. [HOLLINGS - compliments Haynsworth and challenges Bayh to debate.] Bayh says Senator better forum.
