REPORTER: Walter Cronkite
(DC) Agreement on Arms Control hard to come by William C. Foster formerly headed United States Disarmament Agency. He says there are things we can do while waiting for talks. United States can: ratify Geneva, prohibiting 1st use of chemical and biological weapons; support ban on stockpiling such agents; and ban underground tests. Hope Congress is reading such arguments.
