(DC) Antiwar demonstrators in galleries. Senator Jacob Javits protests Judge's racial views. Senator Marlow Cook says nominee should be judged on qualifications, not decisions. Senator Len Jordan came out against Judge, due to his ethical insensitivity. [Senator JORDAN - says pressured to support President] Uncommitted bloc is mostly Republican; President Nixon still has chance.
