(Olympia, WA) Washington Secretary of State, Ludlow Kramer, shown at desk job. At night he works in gas station to pay off $10,000 campaign debts. [Secretary KRAMER - says too many jobs offer conflicts of interest. This job fine, even if tiring.] Gets $15,000 year as Secretary of State. He won't run again.
