(Studio) American Society of Newspaper Eds., President Norman Isaacs, calls for ouster of Federal Communications Commission Chrm Dean Burch for supporting Agnew; and for calling television stations about President' speeches, and their editorials. Isaacs says government trying to muzzle media. Director of Communications, Herbert Klein, denies charge.
