(Studio) Govt. produces film to show Americans support President' Vietnam policy.

(DC) United States Information Agency film to be done in 17 languages and given to 104 cntrys. Aim is to show most Americans oppose dissenters. Film incls. shots of "minority" dissenters, and interviews with HHH, pollster George Gallup, and average Americans Film can't be shown in US. [Dep. Director United States Information Agency Henry LOOMIS - says "silent maj." is film's format. President' official word is government policy, and we explain policy abroad.]
