(Studio) Massachusetts Institute of Technology gets court order to bar disruption of institution routine in face of activists' threat to seize building
REPORTER: Walter Cronkite
(Cambridge, Massachusetts) Activists fly Viet Cong flags and chant. Majority of students disapprove of activists' tactics. [MIT Provost Dr. Jerome WIESNER - says students want to recruit students from all over state. We tell students we won't get involved, and not to participate.] Protesters vote not to seize building [SPOKESPERSON - talks of shutting campus down.] Those protesting MIT defense related research still didn't find confrontation.
