(Bien Hoa, South Vietnam) South Vietnam Const. gives all people right to protest. Freedom suspended by Thieu under martial law. Most of Catholics in march are North Vietnam refugees. They want 3 labeled pro-Communist out. Signs say down with Communist coalition. Some feel Thieu made mistake by allowing protest for government, when he won't allow Buddhist protest against government
