(Chicago, Illinois) Abbie Hoffman refutes prosecution testimony and denies conspiracy. Judge Julius Hoffman lets Hoffman relate conversation between him and member black street gang, but not with minute group in Lincoln Park. David Dellinger and Hoffman have exchange over that court ruling and decorum in court Defense Attorney Leonard Weinglass asks Hoffman if group agreed on conspiracy. Hoffman says no. Mayor Richard Daley testifies Wednesday
