(Studio) President Nixon says Judge Clement Haynsworth to continue as Chief Judge of 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.

(DC) President Nixon met Judge for 1st time. [President NIXON - says Judge won't retire. He has suffered defeat, but is without fear; praises Judge.] [Judge HAYNSWORTH - says setback not defeat of man. To stay on in post. Grateful for President' support.] President Nixon to try another Supreme Court nominee in January. Names: William Miller and Richard Pett.
