(Sacramento, California) Reagan says he'll use bayonets to keep campuses open. [REAGAN - asserts he read Associated Press story concerning Berkeley classes beginning without pickets. Wherever situation like Berkeley arises, state of emergency declared on that campus. When co-ed abused in trying to go to class, she has confrontation on her hands.
