(Studio) Testimony before Senator hunger committee says hunger in South has been aggravated by school desegregation. Director South Carolina Council on Human Relations says 14 school lunch programs had to be cut off due to federal budget cuts because of failure to integrate. Director says in some cases lunch only meal poor child had. Senator Ralph Yarborough calls situation cruel, outrageous and inhuman. Agriculture Department to give out free food stamps to poor in SC.
