(Studio) Prosecution tries to prove Sirhan Sirhan planned shooting of Senator Robert F. Kennedy.

(Los Angeles, California) Mtg. in judge's qtrs. before trial begins. Defense argues it was illegal for police to take notebook from Sirhan's home in which a reference to killing Kennedy appears. 2 who were wounded in gunfire which killed Kennedy testify. Sirhan told to quit smiling so much in court Trash collector Alvin Clark tells of picking up garbage for 3 years at Sirhan home. Sirhan told Clark he was going to kill Kennedy. [CLARK - asserts Sirhan friend of his before assassination.] Clark admitted mos. ago he said he hated him so much he'd do anything to get him convicted.
