(Studio) Communists at Paris Peace Talks say Nixon administration more stubborn than Johnson's. Allies denounce enemy offensive and say Communists must bear full responsibility. United States says has agreement with Hanoi regarding United States stopping bombing of North Vietnam if North Vietnam wouldn't bomb any populated area. North Vietnam say bombing agreement unconditional. State Department says we refused to sign agreement to that effect.
