(Studio) Jury meets to decide Sirhan Sirhan's fate.
REPORTER: Harry Reasoner

(Los Angeles, California) Prosecutor says Sirhan would regard permission to live as added triumph. Dep. D. A. John Howard says question is proper punishment for political assassinations. Mother, Mary Sirhan says he had no trouble with law. Howard says Sirhan has no claim to further preservation. Defense Attorney Russell Parsons asks if sick are executed in California. Defense Attorney Grant Cooper says if vengeance could restore Senator Robert F. Kennedy, he'd say take his life. Judge Herbert Walker reads instructions to jury. Cooper quotes RFK.
