(Studio) Possible anti-ballistic missile compromise shapes up in Congress

(DC) Nixon's lobbyist, Bryce Harlow, says he now pushes research and development of ABM. Says deployment in Montana and North Dakota is really research and development deployment. anti-ballistic missile opponents accuse Harlow of playing with words. Chairperson Senator Armed Services Committee, John Stennis, says he's not looking for compromise.
