Condemns Communists Says his no-compromise approach saved France from totalitarian regime after students and workers riot this summer. DeGaulle, 77, racked by coughing spells. He condemns Czech occupation. Says it impairs his policy of seeking closer ties with E. Europe and dissolving Europe's 2 bloc system.
