(Studio) Supreme Court rules person can possess obscene materials in own home. Atlanta man appeals 1-yr. prison sentence for having stag films in home. Strikes down Georgia law on obscenity. Court rules states must act in good faith trying to achieve mathematical equality in 1-man, 1-vote ruling. Court upsets Missouri's 3rd effort to redistrict. Justice William O. Douglas has appendix removed.
