(Berkeley, California) Tear gas breaks up memorial march for student shot in early days of riot. Gas permeates campus and University hospital. Police says march getting out of hand. 200 arrested. Lot that is source of turmoil now Guard bivouac. [Governor Ronald REAGAN - says appropriate weapons necessary for control. Gives examples.] [Prof. Gwen CHAMBERLAIN - says profs. won't teach until police and troops removed.]
