(Studio) Senator William Fulbright tried unsuccessfully to halt showing of film about Czechoslovakia on television program sponsored by Senator James Buckley. Film made by United States Info. Agency. Fulbright says United States Information Agency films made for propaganda use overseas and not for domestic display. United States Information Agency Movie and television Div. Director Bruce Herschensohn, on Buckley's show, called Fulbright's attitude naive and stupid. Herschensohn resigned today.
