(Studio) In Paris, Communist delegation to Peace Talks demands talks be resumed. State Department says United States will not negotiate under military pressure.

(DC) Communists& allied delegates agree talks have been fruitless. Communists want to resume them for propaganda purposes. They express contempt for US ambassador William Porter. North Vietnam polit bureau member Le Duc Tho said willing to meet again secretly with President Aide Henry Kissinger.
