(Studio) Govt. sues 2 drug companies: Charles Pfizer and American Cyanamid of getting patents for antibiotic by making false statements to United States Patent Office. Suit asks for $25 million in damages; government spent amount to buy tetracycline non-competitively. Seeks to have patent cancelled. Pfizer judges suit to be outrageous.
