(DC) Sources report Judge of Federal 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, Clement Haynsworth, to be nominated. White House sources say announcement not to be made until August Haynsworth is native of Greenville, SC, I-time Senator, pol. opponent of Senator Strom Thurmond. Thurmond favors South Carolina district Judge Don. Russell. Senator Ernest Hollings says wouldn't be surprised if Haynsworth got nomination.
